License on Flickr

I did not up load an image to flickr as I would not be able to control who could then down load it and what they then used the image for.

The terms of service you click to agree upon would not stop someone using the image if they so wanted.

"oh so criminal" uses a lot of images which are from well known brands such as "20th century fox" sign, "Tristar" and many news programme exerts and news clips. He is using the images to make a point, not to sell products ripping off those companies. In answer yes you should be able to use those imagines, news clips and song exerts provided you acknowledge it is not your own work.
